nutrients: Protein, Carbohydrates, Fibre, Fat (Fatty Acid), Vitamins and
Minerals. |

| Proteins |
Food
which help you grow and repair damaged and worn-out parts of the
body. This is to build our muscles. |
| Carbohydrates |
Food
that contains a lot of starch and sugar. They give you energy, excess
carbohydrates will store in your body
as fat. |
| Fat |
This
is food reserve to give energy. There is good fat and bad fat. |
| Vitamins |
They
are often named after the letters of the alphabet. You need to eat
small amounts of each vitamin to stay healthy. |
| Fibre
|
The
part of food which is not used up by your body. Fibre helps you
to push the food along inside intestine while it is being digested.

| Minerals |
Metal
helps our body stay healthy. |
