Food Rules
Eat regular meals : 3 meals a day to give the energy you need.
Don't skip meals. Skipping meals can lead to health problems
A diet with plenty of grain products, vegetables, and fruits.
A diet moderate in sugar, salt and sodium.
A diet low in fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol.
   
Food Safety Rules
Always wash hands before touching food.
Keep everything in the kitchen clean.
Don't cough or sneeze over food.
Keep pets, flies and mice away from food.
