Without FOOD, we cannot move around, keep warm, repair our bodies or stay healthy.
With FOOD, we feel good and look good.
Food is digested by our body after we eat and then it is absorbed into our bodies.
Food can be divided into 'healthy food' and 'unhealthy food'.
 
Colouring - e.g artificial colours and flavours in orange soft drink without orange.
Sweeteners - e.g. Jams
Saturated FAT - e.g Some fruit like coconut, durian, fat roast pork meat, animal organ like liver, intestine, kidney, neck.
Preservative - e.g. sausage, instant soup and noodles.
 
They are Natural food with balance Nutrients for body need
e.g. vegetables, fruit, fish and meat.
